Official Lab Drink: The Thibaut

2 oz Whippersnapper whiskey
3/4 oz Vermouth
1/4 oz Grand Marnier
1 tbsp Fresno pepper muddled in Vermouth
A few dashes of orange bitters
A touch of burlesque bitters
Maraschino cherry
Orange peel ram garnish (with cloves for eyes)
